Funding and donations Funding for this website Lloyds TSB Foundation for Scotland CTDU has funding from 2005 to 2008 that funds a one day a week post. The worker in post provides training on computers to increase students skills and also develops this website alongside them. "Awards for All". The CTDU students association have been successful in securing funding from Awards for All to help them increase membership of the students association through reaching out and visiting communities and inviting more people to join participate. They are currently planning the educational programme which will include puppet making workshops, creating a sculpture for our community garden and two social events to introduce new members to our centre.   GO 4 VOLUNTEERING The Students Association have been successful in an application to the Voluntary Action Fund's GO 4 VOLUNTEERING awards scheme. The money is for training to build the capacity of the management committee. Donations Thank you to two people from the Cumbernauld depot of First Bus, who donated funds to the CTDU Students Association. Michael Hodgson who gave CTDU £216 from a sponsored trek to the summit of Ben Lomond (in a kilt!) John Boland - who saved up his small change and donated £70 to CTDU.

Car Booty! Finlay Currie organised two successful car boot sales. Finlay hopes to have some more boot sales, so if anyone needs to find a new home for unwanted books, records, cd's or anything sellable, contact Finlay finlay@ctdu.org.uk
