Funding from the Lloyds TSB Foundation for Scotland has enabled CTDU to integrate the use of computers into our learning programmes, and to set up this website. CTDU's students have been learning how to research projects on line, to set up an email address and send and receive emails, and to use programmes such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher which will enable them to share documents that they produce with others via the Internet. We've been helping students to write up their experiences and to get their stories on line. CTDU students want to share their experiences and make contact with with other people active in their communities locally, nationally and globally. We hope their stories will inspire other people to get involved in their own community.
